What You'll Do

As a Paid Media Associate, you'll be responsible for helping launch, manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:




Launching and managing paid advertising campaigns
Monitoring campaign performance and key KPIs
Analyzing CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS and conversion data
Testing different creatives, audiences, angles and campaign structures
Identifying winning campaigns and scaling profitable traffic
Troubleshooting and optimizing underperforming campaigns
Working closely with media buyers, affiliate managers and creative teams
Researching new angles, offers and opportunities
Maintaining accurate campaign reporting and performance tracking
Continuously testing and improving campaign performance

What We're Looking ForRequired
1+ year of hands-on paid advertising experience:
Experience running campaigns on at least one of:
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads
Google Ads
Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions
Robust analy
