Role Overview:We're looking for enthusiastic freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a real career in fintech — not just land a job. You'll dive into lead generation, cold outreach, and sales support while gaining hands-on exposure to capital markets, fintech products, and SEBI compliance frameworks that power India's trading ecosystem.

What You’ll Do?
Identify prospects by researching brokers, banks, and fintechs and spotting gaps early




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Qualify prospects based on business needs, budgets, and decision-making authority
Convert prospects into meetings through robust conversations
Deliver tailored pitches and schedule product demos
Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, sales leaders) for customized solutions
Create and deliver professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for client meetings, sales pitches, product demos, business proposals, pricing discussions, and client presentations
Negotiate and close deals with consistent follow-ups
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track all activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools
Ensure timely client payments and manage outstanding invoices
Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell prospects
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and fintech innovations
