Follow up with customers and ensure timely loan repayments.
Maintain regular follow-ups as per the collection schedule.
Record customer commitments (PTP) and payment updates in the CRM.
Explain payment options and guide customers through the payment process.
Update all collection activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Escalate delayed payments and difficult cases to the Collection Manager.
Prepare daily collection and follow-up reports.
Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.
Follow company collection policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Good Hindi and basic English communication.
Comfortable with calling and customer follow-ups.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented and responsible.
Ability to work under pressure.
Previous collection or telecalling experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
