About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Create visually compelling and high-quality designs for social media, websites, reports, presentations, campaigns, and other communication materials
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute well-rounded visual content aligned with brand, communication goals, and program narratives




Plan and manage the design calendar, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to defined timelines for all ongoing projects and campaigns
Develop and standardize templates and visual themes for internal and external communications
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative outreach strategies and campaign ideas with a focus on engagement and impact
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while continuously improving layouts, typography, and visual styles
Maintain consistency and efficiency in creative outputs, minimizing rework through clarity and alignment
Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance content delivery and audience engagement
Contribute to media performance analysis by reviewing design-led campaign outcomes and user engagement data, and incorporating learnings into future outputs.
