Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit statutory compliance documents as per applicable laws.
Process and verify EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labour law compliances.
Generate and maintain challans, ECR files, returns, and registers.
Coordinate with clients regarding compliance requirements and document collection.
Maintain employee records and statutory registers.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses and registrations.
Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of compliance activities.
Visit client sites regularly for submission and collection of compliance-related documents.
Travel to various client locations as required for compliance-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in statutory compliance, payroll, or HR operations.
Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and compliance portals.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in handling multiple client compliances.
Knowledge of payroll software and statutory compliance tools.
Experience in contractor compliance management will be an added advantage.
