About the Role

We are seeking a agile Tax Technology Developer (Manager) who combines robust full-stack development expertise with product development capabilities and a strategic business mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development
Build robust backend services, APIs, and databases to support tax computation, compliance, and reporting workflows.
Develop intuitive front-end interfaces that simplify complex tax and accounting processes.
Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high development standards.
Collaborate with tax and accounting professionals to convert regulatory requirements into technical solutions.

Product Development & Innovation
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirement gathering to development, testing, and deployment.
Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization,



and release plans aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Gather feedback from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to continuously improve product offerings.
Prepare product documentation, technical specifications, user stories, and workflow designs.
Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within tax and accounting processes.

Product Commercialization & Go-To-Market Support
Contribute to go-to-market strategies for Tax Technology products and solutions.
Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for different customer segments.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create product presentations, case studies, landing pages, and demonstration materials.
Support pre-sales activities and client presentations by effectively communicating technical capabilities.
