We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Claims Processor to join our operations team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in the insurance and healthcare claims domain. You will be responsible for reviewing claim documents, validating information, maintaining records, and supporting the claims adjudication process.
Review and process health insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
Verify claim documents, hospital records, and supporting information.
Maintain claim records and update information in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related queries.
Prepare reports and track claim processing status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions when required.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
