Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
Manage and guide labour, subcontractors, and site teams.
Execute work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site.
Monitor work progress and achieve project milestones.
Maintain discipline, productivity, and material utilization on site.

Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction.
Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing, masonry, and structural works.
Experience with construction contractors is preferred.
Valuable leadership and communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
