This is a hands-on management role suitable for someone who can effectively manage multiple departments, people, clients, and ongoing projects in a quick-paced technology and digital services setting.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Daily Operations
Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of the company.
Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Design, and Project teams.
Create and improve internal processes, workflows, and operational systems.




Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.
Ensure that company policies, processes, and deadlines are properly followed.
Team Management
Manage and coordinate different teams and department heads.
Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and task completion.
Set team goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Identify team challenges and resolve operational issues.
Ensure effective communication between all departments.
Project & Client Delivery Management
Monitor all website development, software development, and digital marketing projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to the agreed scope.
Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and client requirements.
