Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Meet doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals to promote the company's solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare partners and clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
Represent the company at healthcare events,



exhibitions, and networking programs when required.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, MBA in Marketing, or related fields preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Ability to communicate confidently with healthcare professionals.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with a positive attitude.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
