About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries and record financial transactions accurately in Zoho Books.
Prepare, verify, and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for timely filings.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Prepare MIS reports, expense summaries, and financial reports using accounting and banking data.
Track expenses and maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice collection, payment follow-ups, and expense verification.




Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Final-year students may also apply).
Minimum 6 months of internship or practical experience in accounting or finance.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books preferred.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
Robust numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Valuable communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
