Job Summary
To type the reports as per the tests and the specific findings of the patients.
Job Profile
a. To prepare discharge summaries, death summaries, DAMA summaries and clinical summaries in wards ICU, JCI, daycare
b. Report dispatching.
c. Facilitating in signing of the reports by the Consultant.
d. Assist in other diagnostic if the need arises.e. Helping/Assisting cardiology department as and when required.Skills
a. Knowledge of medical terminologies.
b. Basic knowledge about HIS.
c. Typing reports, patients baseline data.
d. Valuable communication.e. Polite & courteous.Qualification
Graduate & Training course in Medical Transcription
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience
