JOB DESCRIPTION - FIELD INTERN

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Nagpur

Nagpur -Modha/bhivapuri/kalmeshwar/bhandara gondia

Role Summary:
The Field Intern will support the sales team by visiting Agriculture Input Shops (Dealers

& Retailers), collecting market information, identifying business opportunities, and assisting in

dealer development activities in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit a minimum of 8 current Agriculture Input Shops (Dealers/Retailers) daily in the assigned

territory.
Collect dealer details and maintain an updated database of agriculture input shops.
Identify potential dealers and support current dealer onboarding activities.
Conduct market surveys and collect information on competitor products, schemes, and market

activities.
Assist in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market intelligence collection.




Submit daily visit reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.
Perform other field-related tasks assigned by the department.

Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Preferred Qualification:
Post Graduate in Agriculture/ B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma Agriculture
Any Graduate willing to work in field operations

Learning Chance:

Practical understanding of agricultural input distribution networks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
