Tender Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and monitor relevant government and private tenders.
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
Handle GeM, e-tendering portals, and online tender submissions.
Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, quotations, and pricing.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, bids, and contracts.
Track tender status, results, and follow up on submissions.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Experience in tender management, e-tendering, or government procurement preferred.
Knowledge of GeM and other e-tender portals.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and documentation.
Solid attention to detail and deadline management.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
