Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
Prepare offer letters, interview schedules, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and digital documentation.
Update HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and Excel sheets.
Assist in onboarding activities and document collection.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Valuable interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently from home.
Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Work Requirements
Must have a laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection.
Must be available during working hours for calls and coordination.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
