Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for building projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning during project initiation.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Manage procurement processes and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget performance.
Prepare and assess interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
Negotiate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Track project progress and provide regular commercial reports to management.
Ensure all claims, change orders, and disputes are properly documented and resolved.
Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.




Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors and commercial staff.
Support project managers in achieving financial and project objectives.

Proficiency in MS Excel, CostX, AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar software
Robust analytical and communication skills

Typical Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
6+ years of experience in building construction projects.
Qualified certifications such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent are often preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
