Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR software (ATS/HRIS).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
