Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery as per production requirements and SOPs.
Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.
Ensure machines are running efficiently and production targets are achieved.
Check raw materials and ensure proper feeding/loading of materials into machines.
Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities, defects, or breakdowns.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team for major issues.
Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance of machinery.
Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects immediately.
Maintain accurate production, machine, and downtime records.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily/shift-wise production targets.
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards around the machine and production area.
Report machine breakdowns, safety hazards,



and production issues to the supervisor.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of operating manufacturing/production machinery.
Basic understanding of machine settings and operating parameters.
Ability to identify machine faults and perform basic troubleshooting.
Knowledge of production and quality standards.
Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
Positive observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
Robust focus on safety and quality.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical trade preferred.
Relevant machinery operation experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
