What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:
Lead and allocate people, technology, and financial resources to achieve business goals.

Develop solutions to highly complex problems and establish business priorities based on the Division's strategy.
Assess talent needs, identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline, and hold managers accountable for their management skills.
Manage direct reports, oversee compliance programs,



and spearhead process improvement projects to ensure alignment with division goals.
Define and implement strategies to achieve results, continuously improve operational performance, and ensure colleague training programs support cGMP requirements.
Here Is What You Need(Minimum Requirements)
B. Pharm. / M. Pharm., Science Graduate with IIT / IIM with 15+ years of experience
Pharmaceutical sterile formulations processing technology and compliance domain expertise (Minimum 10 years in leadership role of manager and above lead position)
Expert in process knowledge and operational excellence
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and cGMP requirements
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Robust knowledge of financial metrics for ma
