Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate quality leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships.
Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer support.




Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Minimum 12th Pass.
6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or BPO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
