Tradio is a B2B têxtile sourcing and managed production company. We act as the execution partner for apparel buyers, running sourcing, production, and quality end to end so brands do not have to manage factories directly. A rapid growing startup on mission mode, scaling across India's manufacturing hubs.

The role:
Plan and own the TNA calendar for every order on our proprietary tech

Identify, onboard, and manage factory relationships within your region

Run quality checks on the floor, including pre-dispatch inspections, and gather daily updates while flagging issues early

Manage customer escalations and chase on-time delivery, our key metric, across every order

Who we want:
2+ years in apparel merchandising or quality control





AQL inspection standards knowledge is a must have

Buying house or QC agency background is a plus

Solid on costing, Excel, vendor coordination, and fabric checks

Comfortable traveling to factories regularly, learns rapid, and operates independently

Location:
Jaipur, covering the Rajasthan manufacturing cluster. Native to the region is mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
