Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate prescriptions for accuracy and safety
Monitor patient drug therapy and detect drug interactions
Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence
Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions
Report adverse drug reactions and ensure medication safety
Assist in inventory management and drug stock control
