Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA/MLA) or Architecture with specialization in Landscape Design.

Key Responsibilities
Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs.
Prepare landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and irrigation concepts.
Prepare presentation drawings, 3D visualizations, and design reports.
Conduct site analysis including topography, climate, soil, drainage, and existing vegetation.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
Select suitable plant species based on local climate and project requirements.
Visit project sites for inspections and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors during project execution.
Ensure designs comply with local development regulations and environmental standards.
Review shop drawings and provide technical support during construction.





Required Skills:
Strong design and visualization skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of landscape materials, paving, irrigation systems, and planting design.
Understanding of grading, drainage, and sustainable landscape practices.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in hospital, institutional, township, commercial, or campus projects.
Knowledge of sustainable design, rainwater harvesting, and native planting.
Experience with BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
