Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Plan menus and suggest new dishes or seasonal specials.
Maintain food presentation and consistency.
Ensure food quality, taste, and portion control.
Monitor inventory levels and order kitchen supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations.
Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training when required.
Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
Work collaboratively with management and staff to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.




Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership and teamwork abilities.
Culinary certification or hospitality qualification preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
