Role Overview

Plumeria Holidays is hiring a Team Leader - Holidays to manage branch-level performance across both sales and operations for FIT and GIT holiday packages. The role involves leading a team, handling customer requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings while supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales and operations for FIT & GIT holiday packages
Lead and guide the holidays team in handling enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings
Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings through structured follow-ups
Review itineraries, costing, and proposals before sharing with clients
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and vendors
Ensure timely execution of bookings,



documentation, and service delivery
Handle key client interactions and resolve service-related concerns
Monitor team performance, enquiry flow, and booking progress
Maintain operational processes and service standards at the branch level

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in holiday sales and operations (FIT & GIT)
Experience in handling a team and managing branch-level activities:
Robust understanding of domestic and international travel packages
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance sales responsibilities with operational oversight
Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
