Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements and budget.
Conduct test drives and answer customer questions.
Explain financing, leasing, warranties, and available promotions.
Complete sales paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Maintain knowledge of recent vehicle models, features, and competitor offerings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
