Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Order Management
Process and dispatch orders received from e-commerce marketplaces and company websites.
Generate shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders.
Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and shipment tracking.
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.

Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Inventory Management Software.
Perform regular stock verification and cycle counts.
Update inward and outward inventory transactions.
Coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations
Organize products systematically for efficient picking and packing.
Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices wherever applicable.




Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of warehouse inventory.
Monitor packaging material stock and coordinate replenishment.

Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily dispatch reports.
Maintain courier records, PODs, and shipment documentation.
Reconcile dispatched orders with inventory records.
Generate periodic inventory and dispatch MIS reports.

Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
Communicate with courier partners regarding pickups, returns, and delivery exceptions.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Experience with ERP or inventory software.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Understanding of courier and logistics processes.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
