We're a Pune-based capital advisory firm developing our own software, looking for a Business Analyst to coordinate between our internal teams and software development team. You'll gather requirements, translate them into transparent specifications, and keep the build on track. You'll also work directly with the founder, manage routine administration, and support recent projects as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Bridge internal business teams and the software development team
Gather and document requirements; turn business needs into specs and process flows
Track progress, run user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage feedback
Support the founder's office on special projects and ad-hoc tasks
Handle routine administration and coordination
Requirements:
Graduate/postgraduate, any stream
Fluent English with strong communication skills
Analytical, organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable with MS Office; keen to learn project tools
Exposure to business analysis or tools like Jira/Trello a plus
Details: Full-time, in office at Erandwane, Pune (Pune-based only) - Mon-Sat, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM - 1 to 3 years
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
