Job Summary

Key Deliverables
Creative Design & Multimedia Assets
Design and deliver high-quality print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, standees, presentations, annual reports, newsletters, booklets, infographics, and promotional materials.
Produce and edit videos, reels, podcasts, promotional films, event highlights, testimonials, and other multimedia content.
Social Media Management
Create, publish, and optimize engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other assigned digital platforms.
Develop platform-specific content that improves audience engagement, reach, and brand visibility.




Ensure timely publishing of content while maintaining consistency with organizational messaging and branding.
Marketing Campaign Execution
Plan, coordinate, and drive digital marketing campaigns supporting fundraising, disaster relief, awareness, advocacy, programs, and organizational events.
Develop campaign messaging, creative assets, multimedia content, and digital communications to achieve campaign objectives.
Execute urgent disaster relief and emergency fundraising campaigns with rapid turnaround while maintaining quality and brand standards.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Brand Consistency & Creative Resources
Develop and maintain standardized templates, creative assets, and communication resources for chapters and program teams.
Create reusable templates for social media, presentations, brochures, event promotions, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
