Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audio and video verification of customers as per company guidelines.
Make outbound and receive inbound calls for customer verification, onboarding, and support.
Verify customer identity and documents while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Guide customers through the verification process and resolve their queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of verification calls, customer interactions, and operational data.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
Follow up with customers for pending documentation or verification requirements.
Support the operations team in achieving daily productivity and service quality targets.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
