Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall (VPN, policies, security rules)
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
Install and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, access points)
Implement network security measures and best practices
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues
Manage VPNs (site-to-site and remote access)
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
Maintain network documentation and reports
Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing, Switching)
Hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall configuration:
Positive understanding of network security protocols
Experience in troubleshooting network issues
Knowledge of VLANs, NAT, and VPN configuration
Familiarity with network monitoring tools





Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - Mandatory:
Additional certifications (preferred): CCNP, Network Security certifications

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling enterprise-level networks
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure basics)
Basic Linux/Windows server knowledge

Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
