DESCRIPTION:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability to define a product vision and multi-year roadmap in ambiguous, rapid-evolving domains; experience translating organizational goals into a coherent AI/ML charter with transparent priorities and success metrics.
Robust understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, generative AI) and the ability to engage meaningfully with scientists and engineers on model design, data pipelines, and experimentation frameworks.
Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams (science, engineering, business) without direct authority; skilled at building alignment across competing priorities.
