Job Summary
Advaith Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and detail Advaith Life Sciences products to doctors, medical professionals, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, distributors, and key customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular doctor and customer visits according to the assigned tour plan.
Effectively communicate product information, perks, indications, dosage information, and other approved product-related details.
Generate prescriptions and improve product visibility and acceptance within the assigned territory.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.




Ensure regular follow-up with doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product movement, and customer feedback.
Ensure adequate product availability through coordination with distributors and stockists.
Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales reports, tour plans, and other required records.
Participate in product campaigns, meetings, conferences, promotional activities, and company training programs.
Provide timely market feedback to the Sales Manager/Business Manager.
Ensure all promotional activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Manage the assigned territory effectively to maximize business growth and customer coverage.
