Key Responsibilities:
Test aluminium coils, LDPE/FR core materials, and adhesive bonding strength.
Perform peel strength, impact resistance, bending, boiling water, and fire retardant tests.
Check product dimensions, coating thickness, gloss level, and identify quality defects.
Maintain QC reports, test certificates, calibration records, and quality documentation.
Operate testing equipment like UTM, coating thickness gauge, gloss meter, and muffle furnace.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of ACP manufacturing & testing processes.
Understanding of material testing standards and ISO 9001 documentation.
Valuable analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel reporting.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Metallurgy (or relevant field)
Experience: Relevant experience in Quality Control / ACP industry preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
