Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Shift: US Night Shift - 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month

About the Role_

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with our US-based clients on a daily basis.

The primary requirement for this position is robust English communication and the ability to confidently interact with US customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with US clients on a daily basis
Handling inbound and outbound calls with US customers
Coordinating with clients and understanding their requirements
Managing client follow-ups and providing timely updates
Handling backend and administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate client information and records




Coordinating internally to ensure client requirements are completed
Providing a qualified and positive client experience
