Salary: 20000 – 22000 pm (Take home). For experience the salary will be based on skill & expertise.

- Process telephone and email reservations according to room and rate availability, ensuring that full and accurate details are obtained and input accordingly into PMS.
- Deal with travel agent bookings, vouchers, and credit requests, ensuring that the hotel’s policy is always adhered to.
- Process all reservations and extranet messages, ensuring that all bookings are accurate.
- To be fully conversant with rate groups and sales accounts procedures.




- To ensure that all reservation standards and procedures are met for reservations and system input.
- Update reservations, to input and record cancellations and amendments, making sure all bookings are accurate.
- To liaise with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that VIP guests are recognised as part of the VIP procedures, including room allocations, amenities, and arrival welcome.
- To determine from reservations any sales leads for future business and ensure these are passed to the sales department.
- Ensure reservations are taken accurately & traces are in place for the front office to follow up as required.
- Ensure that reservations include accurate billing details and that the accounts department has the required backup.
