Position : Repair Engineer /Senior Technician - PCBA Rework /Repair

Qualification : ITI / Diploma (Electronics)

Experience : 3-5 years

PCBA Rework Associate

- Perform PCBA rework, repair, modification, and component replacement as per work instructions, drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Conduct through-hole and soldering/desoldering using soldering irons, hot-air stations, and other approved rework equipment.
- Replace defective or damaged electronic components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, and other SMD components.
- Inspect solder joints and reworked areas using microscope/magnification tools to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions and maintain proper handling of sensitive electronic components.
- Perform rework according to ECO/ECN, BOM, circuit diagrams, and customer-specific requirements.
- Support failure analysis, defect reduction, and continuous improvement activities.
- Meet assigned production targets, quality standards, and turnaround times.
