We're Hiring: Wealth Advisor / Relationship Manager (B2B Sales) | FundTQ

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2–4 Years

FundTQ is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Wealth Advisors / Relationship Managers. This is a core B2B Sales role focused on acquiring and managing business clients, including corporates, HNIs, family offices, and financial intermediaries, while driving revenue through wealth and investment solutions.If you're passionate about sales, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced startup environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:-

Drive B2B sales by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding corporate clients, HNIs, and financial intermediaries

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to onboarding

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach

Present and recommend investment and fundraising solutions tailored to client needs Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized wealth management solutions





Stay updated on market trends, startup investments, and competitor offerings

Candidate Profile

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related field

✔ 2–4 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Banking, Broking, or Financial Services

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring business clients

✔ Strong business development and client acquisition mindset

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about working in a startup ecosystem

Candidates based in Gurgaon or nearby locations will be preferred.
