Regional Trainer – North

Location: North India - Delhi | Experience: 3–6 Years | Type: Full-time

About Company

It is a quick-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, efficacy-driven skincare for Indian consumers.

Role:

Drive training and capability building for Beauty Advisors, Sales Officers and retail teams across North India.

Key Responsibilities:

Own regional training calendar and training plans.

Conduct induction, refresher, product & launch training.

Train teams on product knowledge, selling, grooming & customer experience.

Conduct field coaching and improve BA/store performance.

Manage LMS/Massist, attendance, assessments & certifications.

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and track training compliance.

Support new store launches and product launches.

Partner with Sales, HR & Marketing teams.

Requirements:

3–6 years in Retail/L&D; Beauty, Cosmetics or FMCG preferred.

Strong facilitation & presentation skills.

Good Excel, PowerPoint & LMS knowledge.

Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
