About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – Sales & Operations to lead business growth, sales performance, and clinic operations across North India.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the aesthetic, hair transplant, dermatology, cosmetology, skin & hair clinic, or related healthcare industry, with proven expertise in managing multiple locations and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage sales and operations across multiple clinics in North India.
- Drive regional revenue, consultation, conversion, and collection targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor clinic-wise sales performance, KPIs, lead conversion, walk-ins, consultations and revenue.
- Manage and motivate Branch Managers, Sales/FOE teams and clinic staff.
- Conduct regular branch visits and ensure operational excellence.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, grooming standards, customer service and operational processes.
- Work closely with Marketing/Digital teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Analyse MIS,



sales reports and branch performance and submit regular reports to management.
- Support new clinic launches, manpower planning and business expansion.
- Ensure customer experience and service quality are maintained across all locations.
- Handle escalations, team discipline and operational issues effectively.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of aesthetic, hair and skin treatments.

Candidate Profile
- 6–10+ years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the aesthetic/healthcare industry.
- Experience managing multiple branches/locations and large teams.
- Strong knowledge of hair transplant, dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetics or skin & hair clinic operations preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates from hair transplant, aesthetic clinic, dermatology, cosmetic surgery or premium healthcare industries will be preferred.
