Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment workplace
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
