We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and well-presented receptionist to join our real estate firm in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and professional front-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business associates professionally.

- Handle incoming calls, messages, and general enquiries.

- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the management and sales team.

- Maintain visitor records and basic front-office documentation.

- Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and routine client enquiries.

- Provide basic information about the company, properties, and ongoing projects.

- Coordinate with the sales and administrative teams for client visits and meetings.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.

- Follow up on routine enquiries and ensure timely communication with clients.

- Support the team with documentation,



data entry, and other office-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.

- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of basic local communication is an advantage.

- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.

- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to interact comfortably with clients and property buyers.

- Presentable and courteous with a positive attitude.

- Prior experience in reception, real estate, hospitality, customer service, or front-office operations will be an advantage.
