Receptionist –

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet visitors, candidates, clients, and employees professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and provide appropriate information.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a skilled office environment.
- Attend to visitor inquiries and direct them to the concerned person or department.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and interviews.
- Maintain visitor records and reception-related documentation.
- Handle basic email and WhatsApp communication when required.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding candidate and visitor appointments.
- Receive and distribute letters, documents, and office correspondence.
- Maintain basic office records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Provide support to the HR and office administration team.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information.




- Perform other front-office and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and professional personality.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle visitors and multiple calls professionally.
- Basic English and local-language communication skills.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration is an advantage.

Work Type: Full-time.

Pay: ₹13,889.42 - ₹15,382.04 per month
