Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for upcoming events and programs.
Identify and approach potential sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and participants.
Promote event sponsorship packages and advertising prospects.
Maintain regular communication with clients, sponsors, and business partners.
Coordinate with the creative and media teams for promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
Assist in developing event promotions, presentations, proposals, and sponsorship decks.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed clients or participants.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, follow-ups, and sales.
Support event registration and participant coordination.
Attend networking events, business meetings, and promotional activities when required.
Coordinate with the event operations team to ensure smooth execution of marketing commitments.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new marketing opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly marketing, lead-generation, and sales targets.




Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads, conversions, and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in event marketing, sales, media, advertising, or business development is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Valuable knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to generate leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
