Key Responsibilities:




Scheduling of customer and internal resources for Implementation and Professional Services_
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer queries
Monitor and report on progress of assigned campaigns and activities
Support weekly reviews by providing timely updates on tasks and highlighting any blockers
Ensure revenue related data is tracked and accurately recorded for reporting and forecasting
Assist with creating and updating instruction manuals and process documentation
Provide administrative support across Implementation and Skilled Services, including documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks
Maintain accurate records in business systems

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Exp: 2+ Yrs_
Strong grasp of verbal communication in English
Strong written communication skills
Positive time management and the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
