Manage premium and third-party clients, ensure a high-quality client experience, maintain structured reporting, and drive repeat business using smart communication and AI tools. Conduct high-conversion client consultations via telephone and Zoom meetings to nurture leads, build relationships, and drive successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle premium client communication (calls, WhatsApp, in-person coordination)
Manage and follow up with third-party leads (ads, referrals, collaborations)
Create and maintain client reports (before-after, treatment progress, next plan)
Maintain accurate client data in Google Sheets / CRM
Use AI tools to generate reports, follow-ups, and client communication




Ensure timely follow-ups and appointment scheduling
Upsell packages, services, and homecare products
Coordinate with internal team for smooth client experience
Submit daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements:
Robust communication skills (Hindi + English)
Presentable and qualified attitude
Comfortable using AI tools
Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Organized, detail-oriented, and sales-focused

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
