Retail Store Executive - Job Description

Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
Basic knowledge of computers and billing software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Perform billing and handle cash/card/UPI transactions.
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
Keep the store clean and organized.
Check inventory and report stock shortages to the store manager.
Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Follow company policies and maintain discipline at the workplace.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
