What You Will Be Doing
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Coordinate with different departments during the hiring process.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.




Prepare recruitment reports and HR documentation.

QualificationsYour Work & Skills
Pursuing or completed an MBA (HR), BBA, or any Bachelor's degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
