By partnering with visionary landowners to design and manage Salutogenic, theme-based luxury townships, we are scaling rapidly with a Gross Development Value (GDV) pipeline exceeding ₹46,000 Crores. To lead our aggressive expansion into Delhi NCR and North India, we are seeking a highly networked, strategic, and transaction-hardened Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Business Development.

Role Summary
Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Business Development (North India)
Location: Delhi NCR (Corporate Office / Regional Headquarters)
Key Mandate: Identify, negotiate, structure,



and close large-scale land joint developments (JD), outright acquisitions, and government public-private partnerships (PPP) to scale Della’s township footprint in North India.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Land Sourcing & Business Development
Origination: Proactively source large land parcels (typically 100 to 1,000+ acres) suitable for integrated luxury townships, branded residences, and themed developments.
Landowner Partnerships: Identify and build deep relationships with high-net-worth land aggregators, legacy families, corporate houses, and institutional landowners to pitch Della’s joint development(JD) partnership model.
Deal Structuring, Underwriting & Closure
Transaction Execution: Take complete ownership of the deal lifecycle—from initial sourcing, financial understanding, and cashflow modeling to final definitive agreement signing.
Complex Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations on complex
