We are seeking a Technical Leadto own the design and delivery of scalable, secure backend services for authentication and identity platforms.

Responsibilities:
Lead architecture and development of Java-based services and REST APIs
Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring
Drive scalability, reliability, and security across distributed systems
Collaborate with product,

Champion best practices for zero-downtime deployments, observability, and system resilience

Qualifications:
10+ years of software product development experience, where products are in use at scale by customers
5+ years of experience as a tech lead for product development teams
Proven experience with identity and authentication platforms
Robust expertise in Java, distributed systems, and API design
Experience with zero-downtime deployments and production-grade systems
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL)
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-based deployments
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
